Kirby Construction helped facilitate this client’s needs in moving their corporate headquarters and operations to Petaluma from South San Francisco. The client is well known for some of the highest quality coffee and tea products in the world. Part of the focal point of this facility was to provide a coffee plantation area where different varieties of coffee plants could be showcased live. The majority of this building was renovated for the client to address their logistics, roasting operations, storage, offices, lunch room, ADA bathrooms, and all other employee needs. The steel doors and windows for the various spaces were custom made locally.
This client has the highest quality coffee and tea products and they expected the same from their General Contractor in Sonoma County. We were honored to have played a vital role in their move and addressing their needs.
