NorCal Bike Sport reached out to us for their latest renovation project. As one of the best and largest Specialized bike dealer in the country and perhaps the busiest bike shop north of the Golden Gate there were several objectives we worked closely with the owners and Specialized design team on. The scope of this project entailed a new flooring system, new displays, a redesigned “fit room” providing more privacy for the clients and more. One very important goal to achieve was to minimize the construction project’s impact on the customers and merchandise due to the high customer traffic. It was also important that the project would completed well before Tour of California bike race reaches the Santa Rosa stage. We planned and worked closely with our sub contractors and team to complete this project well in time for and with minimal impact to business flow.
